These small pies make great gifts, are beautiful on a table as individual desserts, and are perfect to keep in the freezer and pop into the oven when you just want a little something.

Mini Apple Pies

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place bites on cookie sheet and brush with egg whites or milk.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Tent if browning too much.
  4. Remove from cookie sheet immediately to a cooling rack.

Ingredients

    Granny Smith apples, enriched wheat flor (wheat flower, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin monoitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), shortening (soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil) mon- and digylcerides, TBHQ and ctiric acid (antioxidants), sugar, orange juice, canola oil, egg yolk, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream derived from milk), cinnamon salt.
